Proteus will assist in the definition of the organization’s philosophy towards retirement planning and commit to paper a statement of goals for the plan. This will be accomplished through a consensus of management and will form the foundation of plan design, investment style and choice. Proteus can provide comparisons/benchmarks to compare the current/desired plan with other plans offered in the Canadian market place. Proteus will work with the plan sponsor to construct options for plan design and will work with them to assist in selecting the most appropriate solution. This will include assisting the sponsor with mapping out the specific actions to be taken in order to coordinate the implementation.
